Hi, I'm John Zeiter, Broker Associate at Vision Real Estate . I look forward to assisting you with you real estate needs as your professional consultant.  I will be your adviser, advocate and partner-in-the-matter during all aspects of the real estate transaction.

About Me

I am a rarity around here- an actual native of Marin County. I have lived here my entire life. I graduated from Terra Linda High School, College of Marin and from San Francisco State University with a BS in Business Administration, Finance. With the influx of new residents over the last two decades, it's getting harder to find people who are from the county and know about the unique personalities and culture of the area. My familarity with Marin County and is communities like San Rafael, Mill Valley and Corte Madera gives you an advantage.

My Professional Background

Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor/Broker in 2001, I spent more than 20 years in management and operations with Blanc Noir women's clothing and Silbermann's Ice Cream. I learned a great amount about time management, negotiations, finance, strategic planning, consumer preference and other valuable skills that have helped me become a successful Realtor.

Vision Real Estate

After years of owning my own brokerage, I decided to join Vision Real Estate. I entered this profession to have more control over my time and to be able to work one-on-one with my client the way I choose to. As a licensed broker, I am totally dedicated to being the ultimate resource for my clients in helping them realize their real estate goals. I specialize in residential and investment/income properties throughout Marin County . I believe that today's rapidly changing market requires a full-time professional Realtor. I work for my clients every day, I listen to their needs, research the market to find what they are looking for and provide open and honest communication to keep them advised of any developments.

My Commitment

I often mention soccer when talking to my clients. I started playing soccer at the age of 9 and have played and coached every year since. I take great joy in giving my time as a player and as a coach. I am committed to being the best I can be and helping the players I coach maximize their potential. I bring this dedication to my real estate business. I look forward to working with you as your real estate consultant, whether you are a buyer or seller and I hope to earn a long-term relationship with you.
