Please be advised that this letter is of the strongest recommendation for Mr. John Zeiter and his service as a Real Estate agent. John was adept at handling all the financial concerns that I had i.e. knowing how to figure out what a monthly mortgage would be, knowing how much taxes and insurance would be, etc.... i.e. all of the mathematical computations that i did not know how to do, he was always able to do "on the spot". Most importantly, he always listened carefully to what I wanted and saved me the time and energy by only taking me to houses that he thought fit my descriptions. Additionally, whenever I would change my mind (which is an easy thing for me to do), hew always listened carefully, reminded me of the things that were important to me, and then adjusted his search accordingly. There was never any pressure on me as John supported me in waiting until I found what I wanted. Sure enough, after a few months of diligent searching, John was driving into the driveway, I could fell that, from what I could tell from the outside, this house could be it. When I went inside the house, I knew I wanted it. John made it happen as quickly as possible. He informed me of all of the decisions that needed to be made throughout the whole purchase process. An extra benefit and was able to find an excellent mortgage that fit my needs... Needless to say, I am very happy with my house and even to this day, when I have questions about insurance or taxes, he is always willing to give me insight and advice. Obviously, I want to recommend John to anybody who is looking to purchase a home or commercial property.
